0/3 I found it over priced, under staffed and difficult to find the products you want or a staff memeber that was happy to help. staff didn't help at all. I felt that I was interupting something much more important

1/3 They need friendlier staff. The woman that served me was surly and uninterested. The store was better when the previous owner had it, the staff were helpful and very friendly, they remembered your name etc. But in the last two years it has gone downhill. The range is ok if you dont mind being treated badly as a customer
