Arriving after a long day driving it was easy to find. The staff were friendly upon arrival and had up graded us to a more spacious villa than we had booked. The shops are a bit far but we found all we needed and then returned to a swim the staff even turned on the spa for us as we were the only ones left in the pool area, The park was fairly quiet as were up the back. The cabin was clean spacious and had everything we needed. A few little things that had been overlooked, fish cloth and hand towel, but apart from that very comfortable with a full size fridge and kitchen made the stay affordable. For us it was close to where we needed to go for sport. The airport was not hard to get to, as was the city. Would recommend staying there for a family who want to relax and visit the northern suburbs area. The kids loved the pool.

Just returned from a stay at Avina Van Village as part of a sporting group. Recommend greatly for families and sporting groups. The facilities are great (we couldn't get enough of the pool and wished we had more free time there) and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Hope to see you again next year!

My family and I stayed in December 2012, both the office and ground staff were fantastic and very courteous... The Facilities were great especially the pool and games room, there was always something for the kids to do. One of the nicest parks we have been too and we will certainly be back...

“Pet hostile” Reviewed November 17, 2012 If you love your four legged friend DO NOT be lured by this park's promise of being pet-friendly. Unless of course you think it is perfectly OK to tie your dog on a hot verandah in full sun through the day and leave it there at the mercy of other marauding dogs through the night. There is no accommodation for your pet, no run or yard nor even gate on the verandah, nor even a bowl to drink from. If you're pet happens to wander in to your cabin while you unpack your shopping you will be yelled at and threatened with eviction. The lady at reception claims to be severely anaphalactic to dogs, so I cannot imagine why they are even allowed on the property. I am also guessing you shouldn't go there with a guide dog - a blank-faced stare met my question as to what vision-impaired guests do with their companion animals. We also had a non-working kettle and lights which were both reported to reception on the first day and were not fixed in the four days we were there. At almost $200 a night, you would expect a little more. Oh, and if they happen to be fixing something, you will also enjoy screaming power tools about three car lengths away while you sit with your panting best friend on that blazing hot 1m x 3m verandah. We wrote to express our disappointment after our stay and was met with the same couldn't-give-a-stuff silence which epitomised the stay. If you advertise yourself as pet friendly, set aside a few cabins where animals can be accommodated or at least have a secure place they can stay. Otherwise, don't advertise falsely. By the way, even without the dog issue, there are plenty of nicer places to stay for a lot less money. Stayed November 2012, traveled with family

I would not recommend staying at this caravan park. Recently a work collegue was staying there and he had 2 expensive guitars stolen from his cabin. The offender/s either lived in another cabin or knew someone living in the caravan park. My collegue vacated the cabin early and the park owners refused to refund the balance of the accomodation already paid for. Another Western Sydney caravan park full of scum, DO NOT STAY THERE!
