Mid 2013. Again I have been to the above business with my new caravan, I have to say it has to be one of the most professional caravan places in Perth, everyone I talk to who use them would recommend this company over and over again. It has just grown so well in the past few years, so much so they have now taken over the unit next door and expanded their showroom to twice its original size and they have real licenced tradespeople working on your caravans as well (unlike the other companies I had been forced to use in the past). This company has become so well recognised within the RV industry now they are the preferred retailers and warranty/service agents for RV parts and manufacturers like Dometic, Waeco, Jayco, Thetford, Redarc and Redarc solar and Ctek just to mention a few off the top of my head. If I could give any advice to out of town travellers or caravan owners looking for a real trust worthy business this is the place to go. (I have no physical connection with this business other than a very, very happy customer) Thanks Dene & Marisha, Daz De-Man Early 2012. Great service, Great advice, not sure where these other people went but certainty not this place. Would not spend my money anywhere else, a must go place for a real professional experience.

Had a really good experience from a professional operation. Needed a three way absorption fridge/freezer with a gas problem looked into( less than 2 years old and still under warranty) . I had contacted other outlets in Wangara and Maddington and was told might be able to fit you in before Christmas, not the answer I wanted. I contacted Absolute Caravan Care & Accessories - great customer service, being from a trade background myself you can pick what is BS and what is fact. If you want good prompt service give them a go, you won't be disapointed. (fridge/freezer is now working perfectly on gas)

The guy was a good salesman, but too expensive on a lot of products, talked a lot of crap, dont trust everything he says - believe me. My good work mate who had his van worked on said he did a good job. Maybe his workmanship skills on caravan repairs isnt too bad, but just watch out with his pricing and his spill if you do intend to buy anything from this dealer from my experience anyways

Dean the guy working there told me that VAST was no good in WA as there was no GWN and WIN, and that the optus aurora system would be good for 10 year guaranteed. I was lucky I didnt listen to the guy, I rang up a few other places and found out that GWN and WIN was on the VAST system and that optus aurora was being shut down in 2013. This guy tried to sound like he knew everything quite confidently , but either he lied to me to sell his product or just didnt know about what he was selling. His competitors were far cheaper, i would do your research and shop around before making a decision to buying.
