3/3 Ken is an example of fitness himself which is inspiring to begin with. Then his no nonsense experiences approach makes you feel like you are in safe hands. He is not a money grabber. I was asking about return appointments and he said "do the exercises and you will be better, if you need another appointment let me know" so refreshing!
