Adrian Brien Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I've only had the Jeep Patriot for a few days (63 hrs 35 min but I'm not counting) and I absolutely love it! My wife wants to drive it: as in, a few test spins, but also some semi-serious consideration of stealing it from me...hmmmm. The ride is tight but smooth, fun to drive. It's got surprising power for a small-medium vehicle with a 4-cyl engine. I keep discovering cool features and brilliant design touches. This is a great vehicle! If I hadn't have had a budget I would feel guilty at the low price (but I've turned off guilt). We both really Alan's help. He didn't push anything or try to oversell, he was more of a guide than a salesperson, and it made all the difference. Everyone at Adrian Brien was friendly and helpful.

I recently had cause to seek competent service for my 1998 Grand Cherokeee Jeep, whilst touring in Adelaide. Understandably, I was dismissed by a number of businesses, despite my desperate plight. With only 5 days to be back on the road for the return journey to Bendigo, I was given a sympathetic hearing from Martin at Adrian Brien Chrysler Jeep Dodge in St Mary's (Adelaide). Despite his already heavily booked out service load, he undertook to "make time" to diagnose my problem. The problem was complex, and not easily rectified, but thanks to his professional doggedness, he overcame the situation, sourced the required part from Melbourne, and had me back on the road with half a day to spare. At all times I was consulted on progress, and no unnecessary expense was incurred in the search for the problem. I highly commend Martin for his attitude, his abilities, his fair play, his "updates", and most of all his preparedness to help. Thanks Martin, and thanks "Adrian Brien". Lastly, the replacement part repaired my problem, that had had others in Bendigo searching for the previous two years.

Extremely poor service department for Chrysler. Have had ongoing problems with vehicle and now out of warranty. Response from service department "I didn't buy the car", quote for major service $1400, quote from other service provider $800 for same service! Car was involved in crash, crash repairer told me he had vehicles for up to 3 months awaiting parts and would never recommend any Chrysler or Jeep. This was from a major crash repairer in Adelaide. Overall experience from purchasing new car to now has been horrific, car constantly having issue NEVER NEVER purchase car from here, brakes replace 3 times in less than 12 months, they told me I drove the car too many kilometers (20000 in one year). Could go on really but .................

The worst customer service I have ever encountered from more than one employee on more than one occasion. 2YO car off the road for 3 months to get a part from Germany which was in Melbourne, Victoria the whole time. Dismissive and extremely rude. Never again...

Good service, but can be pricey.
