3/3 Agoga does what it says, my body composition has changed and I without a doubt feel the leanest, strongest and fastest I ever have. Thanks to the multi-directional movements and short, intense workouts, my stomach is flatter than ever (an accomplishment after having a baby!) and I don't have that dreaded 'bulk' which I have gotten in the past from traditional workouts.
