0/3 Dear Mark Adami, I am not happy with the way the Service Dept looked after me. I brought in my Captiva5 for the 30000 service on 22 Nov 2013. I was advised after the service that I have to bring back my car early December to fix up an oil leak in the engine. I popped in on 4 December asking for a booking only to be told to come back again early Jan 2014 this time. It's good a service or courtesy car will be provided to me while you have my car for 3-4 days. I hope you will be true in your words this time. But it is unbelievable for a car already having an engine leak after it has only done 30k kilometres. And second, it is trully unbelievable for you to keep me coming back and forth. Rolly Ferrer

2/3 Alan Mance Holden Service Centre (Footscray) did repairs on my Holden Cruze. I found Peter from their Service Department most courteous and helpful and he kept me updated. Pleasure to deal with. Recommend them.
