Aldo Motors

I've always found Aldo and his staff to be straight talkers and good mechanics. Their knowledge of, and the effort they'll put into, older (and not so old) European cars is very good. If you want the job done properly, and not a short-cut bodge-job, go to Aldo.

The service was recommended by a friend of mine and we've sent our Mercedes here. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics. Their rates are very good and also they can find you second hand parts if you want to.

I took my car in for a rwc. I didnt really know anything about the car so I was expecting the worst. It came back with very minor things so I was very happy. I would personally disagree with the first negative review as I would have been a perfect target for anyone who was just out for money. I would recommend the garage and I may well return in the future.

A total rip off, went there for an RWC. They told me the car's brake pedal is acting up and asked for $300.00 plus labor to repair it. I just got my car serviced by Ultra Tune and I have paper proof that my brakes are fine. I asked the guys let me go back to get it checked again as Ultra Tune gives warranty for their work. I was told that I will be charged the RWC fee again. They just try to scam you and get more money out of you if you go there. It was my mistake to go there, I got my car certified on the same day from another place with no issues… Aldo Motors are just a bunch of scammers. UPDATE: I just received a call from the receptionist about my review. She was not very polite and accused that the other mechanic is dodgy suggesting that only Aldo Motors do things by the book (yea right!). She also accused me that my car is still not road worthily (although another Victorian Licensed Mechanic has passed it!). So this is the Way Aldo Motors do their business, if a customer is not happy, call him up and harass him that he is wrong, what happened to “Customer is always right”. Well done Aldo motors…
