Alice Fountain Cafe

Stopped for dinner the other night and naturally enjoyed the meal and drinks. Good service with a smile.

I have been frequenting this Cafe daily for years but since a waiter by the name of Jason started working there it has become a no go area for women. The first few times I put it down to Jason having a bad day - we all have them - but after a while I observed his rudeness was reserved only for all the women customers. My girlfriends have had all had similar experience so in the end I vox popped a few dozen tables. Shame because the rest of the staff are friendly and efficient.

Great tasty food at great prices. they don't try too hard and you get decent size portions. Lovely italian run cafe with excellent staff whom don't wear uniform. wish i tipped them. will definitely go again and again.

Alice's can be a bit pricey but they are open late and the coffee is good! Staff always nice and cheery. good view of the passing parade as well. And its licensed so you can have a wine or a beer.
