We live in Manly and just had floating timber flooring installed in our three bedrooms by Francois and his son David. We are very happy with the results and the service provided and would strongly recommend them. If we ever need to do any other flooring work I'd use them again. The reason why we chose them (we also went to another local flooring company) was because they were super fast in getting a quote back to us and friendly to deal with. Oh, forgot to say the price was competitive too, very similar to the other company. Literally, I came to the store in the afternoon around 2pm with my baby daughter. By 4pm they were at our place, measured up the rooms and provided a quote. Two weeks later the floor was installed. Also, they were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. There was an incident with a scratch on a sliding door but as soon as I mentioned it they came out straight away and repainted the whole door. They were very apologetic and told me to call back if I had any more problems. Great service.
