Allpike Peugeot & Citroen

Went in there today (17/12/13), looked at one of their used cars, told the salesman I wanted to purchase it, and I'd be speaking to my finance broker to organize my own finance. I left my contact details expecting a callback. Martin called me later that afternoon, took my details down (including my drivers license number, address, date of birth, and the details of my vehicle as a trade in) and his words were that he would hold the car and would organize the paperwork so I could make the 80km trip back to their premises tomorrow and sign the contracts. During this call he also agreed that the car would be sold with an additional 3 months registration, and that my Hyundai would be used as a trade in to make up the balance of the sale price. An hour and a half later, Martin calls me to tell me they've sold the vehicle to someone else. His defense was that he couldn't hold the vehicle unless I'd paid a deposit, which is not what I was told when he called me the first time. His requests for my personal information came with the phrase "so I can hold the car." When I brought up his telling me earlier that he was "holding" the car until I could come in, his defense was that I had not paid a deposit and therefore the car was still for sale. Had he called me when the second buyer arrived and said "someone is offering cash and wants to buy it now, you'll need to pay a deposit to secure the car", I would have paid a deposit over the phone immediately. I have now organized finance for a car that I has been sold to someone else, and am now unable to source an equivalent vehicle from elsewhere for the same price. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from this dealer and will not be recommending them to anyone.

BONGIORNO IN OSBOURNE PARK is the 1 I called after going on the web looking for another repairer.94437579. there is no way in hell ill go back to allpike, there expensive, rude, and not worthy of my hard earned money. there may be little I can do about what has happened but this is 1 thing I can do. DONT GO THERE.

Take your car in at your own risk. Spent thousand dollar for servicing and don't even get a decent service. Not even cleaned on pick up when you requested them to. Got the car back in the worse condition than I handed it in. Never-ever taking it back in.

Had my car serviced somewhere else last service then when i brought it to them for the next service they did the same thing, so i got charged twice for the major service even though they called me up and ask which service it was. they didnt look at the log book as well... got ripped off
