Second Ford Focus service. Another great experience, car was ready on time and slightly under quoted price. Highly recommend. First service for my Ford Focus. Great experience, car ready on time and all issues solved. Couldn't fault and would recommend.

Learnt a valuable lesson today, when buying a second hand vehicle off a Ford dealer, check that everything is in the car. Found I had a nail in my tire on the way to work, so stopped in at a Goodyear and they said "sure, no worries , fix it in 10 mins". 30 seconds later he comes back asking for the wheel nut socket. "What I say?" "you have a lock nut on your tire" he says. Well, we search the whole car and no socket! So, he did a patch on the tire and its scheduled to go in tomorrow to have all the lock nuts replaced…cost $350. To date, because I bought it off a Ford dealer, nothing was included (bearing in mind this car was only 2 1/2 year old) and I have had to buy: 1/. Towing Hook, 2/. Owners Manual, and now 3/. 4 wheel nuts. Total $550…. What will be next????

I had purchased my territory and had it serviced there before and was happy on both occasions. Then I had a back window which was jammed down, and wouldn't go up, . I called them and a very nice lady ( Lorraine maybe?) said to bring it in and they would have it looked at straight away as long as I could get there before closing at 4pm, I got there at 415, and even though the mechanics had officially knocked off one of them came up and fixed my window. very happy.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!! I actually had an amazing experience buying a new Ford from the Alto Group. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my needs. After being given the opportunity to take an test drive, the salesman made sure I understood all the options and actually listened to what I had to say! My first experience with their service team was also friendly and relaxed! I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new Ford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were great, even did my finance with them because I felt they were truly interested in my needs.

Worst salesman I've ever experienced, anywhere, ever. Me: "I'd like to test drive a Fiesta please" Sweaty Sales Kid *stands too close to me, cocks his head*: "Do you want to buy now" Me: "err.. I want to test drive if I can" Sweaty Sales Kid: "How much money do you have?" Me: *astonished at the wording and absurdity of the question "Do you have a Fiesta available for test drive?" Sweaty Sales Kid: "We don't have one...." ... *awkward silence* Me: "Well Ok do you know where the next closest Ford dealer is?" Sweaty Sales Kid: "Nup" ... he just stands there. Doesn't say a word. Starts playing with his mobile phone. My wife and I just laughed at how bad it was and walked out.
