Amalfi Pizza & Pasta Takeaway

We have brought from both owners of this shop and have to say we have been very disappointed when it comes to Service the last few times.. A couple of weeks ago after waiting for over an hour for our Pizza they gave us the wrong pizza's.. We ordered 3 and 2 were wrong.. They did fix them up at no cost, but took another 30 minutes to get to us.. Then tonight - 19/1/2012 we made an order about 5pm and got it at 6.30pm... Our order was never received due to internet issues.. Then when we finally got our order we had ordered Mountain Dew but received Pepsi which we don't drink at all.. We have found the service to really suck and they always take longer then the 40 minutes they say, you are usually waiting an hour to get anything at all.. Oh and they always stuff your drinks up.. On an Upside the Pizza is Lovely and always very Hot on delivery!!

Never ordering from Capriccio again! Pizza base was soggy, and the toppings were very bland!! With so much topping you would think that there would be some flavour or something! but there wasn't! It left a disgusting taste in my mouth and we all felt sick afterwards! Don't waste you money!!

This food was absoloutly horrible! The pizza was soggy and tasted like crap, I got charged $3 to add hot salami and there was none and the pizza was over-priced. At least the $6.50 salad cleaned my mouth of the horrible taste but even this had like 6 tiny peices of feta in it and no dressing and one lousy peice of tomato. Will never give this restaurant any of my business ever again. There are better pizza shops out there with more value for money. Just horrible!!!

It was great working as a voluntary cook in Capriccio Pizza pasta grill & cafe, Glenroy rd, Glenroy. Our head chef Marcus Miele was very co-operative and industrious person. The team members were also very nice friendly. Jade help me a lot. Go and have some pizza and paste there. You will love it. Nilesh Karmacharya
