What a wonderful day we've just had at Amazement. We don't have any kids... just us two big kids. When we arrived we were greeted by a cockatoo that's older than me. We started with the sheep racing. Hilarity ensued! Three sheep with stuffed toys on their backs racing each other to the finishing line. We then had lunch... cheeseburger and a chocolate milkshake. Great food and great service. While we waited for our food we played a board game - Naughts and Crosses. Sitting in the sunshine playing that game it was really enjoyable. Instantly I felt fantastic. We get caught up in such a busy world... all our fancy electronics - life used to be so simple with fun simple things to make people smile. We then encountered one of the mazes. There is one other maze for kids. But with new management I can see that they are working on improving Amazement. We had such fun holding bunnies. It's all about getting back to the simple things in life as well as peace within ourselves. Great picnic areas for families. You can also get hands on with the ponies and llamas. We also had a couple of games of snooker. There were a few balls missing, the table need resurfacing and the cues need their tips replaced but we still had fun. The place has great potential!

Yeah....this place is crap if you're interested in mazes. The mazes are half finished, too simple and overpriced. It's a glorified farm.

Spent an enjoyable few hours here today. There are several main mazes, which aren't particularly big and would only take ten to fifteen minutes each. There are also several 'puzzle' mazes based around following arrows or basic sums. These are physically small, but actually take longer to do as you have to think a lot more to get to the finish. One of the "maze-mates" who was passing gave us a few tips on one of the more challenging ones. There's a variety of animals around, including a couple of emus, some alpacas, rabbits and lots of chickens. A lot of the latter seem to live in a Fort Denison themed house. There's wraps and other food available, but we'd taken sandwiches so only had milkshakes. As such we can't comment on the food.

Great fun for the whole family! I know lots of families, including mine, who've had the most wonderful day there! Great for the kids as it's outdoors and gets them off the couch. We had a lovely picnic and met lots of wonderful animals. The cafe there also had lots of lovely treats and coffees to nosh on! YUM YUM YUM! thanks for the great day. AMAZING!
