Yes their prices are great but their customer service is terrible. I have never had a problem before and I used to recommend them to many of my clients and my family when they come from interstate. I recomended them to a friend who was moving house. He called and booked a truck. the booking was for collection at 2pm and returning it the following day at 11am. when we called to confirm the booking at mid day on the day we were collecting our truck the woman said there was no booking in my friends name and we likely did not have a booking as their trucks always get picked up in the morning. At this point we were worried that we would have no truck to move house. I asked her to check and she read out all the names of people who booked trucks, very rudely and none of them were us. I advised that we called on wednesday to book. She was very rude, spoke over me, more like yelling at me, and told me that it was not her who spoke to us on wednesday so its not her problem. I was shocked at the level of customer service and despite trying to establish what happened to our booking she refused to assist me or listen to me at all, she yelled down the phone at me and I ended the call. A friend called back and spoke to the younger girl who managed to find our booking without a problem. It seems they merely booked out our truck in the wrong name. When we collected our truck the owner whom had been rude on the phone asked my friends who the "vial" woman on the phone was, just as I walked into the the shop. She was very superficial and tried to make light of the situation but was still very condescending. Funnily enough when you work in real estate you tend to refer alot of people to removal van hire. I will not be recommending these guys again, EVER! I can not believe that you would speak to anyone the way I was spoken to let alone a repeat customer. Just because your the owner doesn't mean you can do as you please. I would hate to think any of my clients would ever have to deal with this vial woman. In Short - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! (And Ive worked in customer service/sales for 12 years)
