0/3 Very Unhappy!!! - be very careful if you use this company ... as renovating novices we checked if this person had a BSA license (which he does for tiling - not full bathroom renovations) and thought that was all we needed to do .... we were unaware that ANY JOB OVER $3500 must be done with a BSA contract ... we were never given one .... an apprentice did most of the work unsupervised ..... tiles were cut inside our home ON OUR FURNITURE ... communication was impossible, the most stressful 6 weeks of our life!!!!!
