Apex Airconditioning

Had a long drawn out saga with Apex Air who were very quick to bill highly and very slow to deliver any results. Paid out multiple hefty call out fees to Apex with the result of one zone motor replaced and didn't receive the promised service. Ended up getting the aircon fixed by dealing with Daikin direct who fixed everything same day without multiple call out fees and learned that the Apex Air diagnosis was completely erroneous.

I needed my air conditioner service at work. I did a google search and saw that my closest repairer was Apex Air Conditioner. When I contacted the company the lady on the phone (Mel) was very helpful and was very knowledgable about their product. I was convinced and I got Apex to come out and service our air conditioner. When the service men arrived I was expecting some dirty trade man but I was very suprisped of a very handome young man and easy on the eye. He was very professional and efficent. I have now recommened this company to my friends as I was very happy with their Service.

I was looking for a reliable air conditioning company and was not disappointed when I found Apex Air Conditioning. I had a ducted air conditioning system installed in my home in Vaucluse. I found the sales man very helpful and had a vast knowledge of the systems available. I asked many questions as I had done alot of research on the web and he was able to help me get the best solution for my air conditioning needs. The installation went in without any problems and I found the installation team to very curteous regarding the noise, they also cleaned up after themselves and took all rubbish away. Overall my experience with Apex Air Conditioning was most pleasureable and I could not be happier. They also offered me the option of continued maintenance for a small fee per service, this also gives me peace of mind knowing my air conditioner will always be in wonderful working order. Apex Air conditioning is a company I would strongly recommend to anyone. I was provided with great service from the recepetionist, from the tradie and from the Project Manager. Pricing was very reasonable. There are alot of little guys out that are excellent on pricing but Apex was excellent on pricing as well as service.

We had a great experience using Apex to fix our air conditioning. As a business owner I was extremely pleased to have such an efficient and competent trades team on hand to quickly diagnose the fault and organise the immediate ordering of parts so that we were back up and running in just a few a few days. overall very professional and i would definitely use them again.
