Aquarium Warehouse, 30 Compton Road, Woodridge

We have purchased livestock and products from Aquarium Warehouse many times and have always found their service good as well as fish in good healthy condition. I felt i should write this review as one nameless person has given them a horrible review without revealing the full story. I would recommend them to anyone as their prices are the best in Brisbane and their stock is amazing. I suggest that people look to Facebook for a more unbiased review of this company in the future as 1 upset customer should not be where everyone bases their decisions.

RIP OFF STORE !!!! RIP OFF STORE !!!! RIP OFF STORE !!!! We had been to purchase few items & when we didn't like 1 of the item what we purchased after 2 minutes of billing today & wanted to return the item to get a refund, they refused to give us a refund. This is literally forcing us to buy the item. We never even left the store & asked for a return & refund of just 1 item but they flatly refused to refund. They say its their company policy not to give refund. On the receipt it says 24 hour warranty and some products they say 1 year warranty, but they do not give a warranty or refund even if its within 2 minutes of purchasing. We have spent over $2000 within the last 45days from this store & they do not give a good price or customer service or any consideration. Its just a flat rate. They have exorbitant prices on their items & they claim to be a warehouse store.But its just another retail store with poor customer service. We strongly do not recommend going to this store.
