I approached ASAP to open and create new keys for a unique, French, antique safe from the 1850's. They were helpful, friendly, and possessed a rare knowledge regarding the history and mechanisms involved in the task . They did an excellent job that very few others in Victoria (and possibly Australia) could achieve, and went above and beyond the call of duty by researching the origin of this antique, demonstrating a genuine passion for their work. I could not recommend them highly enough.
