0/3 It is interesting that you do a pick up from Melbourne CBD on franklin street, book it for Friday 4pm...arrive, and they advise you that they are now sending someone from the airport to meet you. Half an hour later, you are still waiting. Followed with a phone call on the 1800 number to see what time they are arriving, to only be met with a 'i don't know'. Still 4.45pm, waiting for the guy to arrive to give you a car. Only option at this time is to cancel to booking. Not worth the trouble. would not recommend to anyone.
