0/3 A friend just tried to return a (overpriced) skirt she received as a birthday present due to the wrong fit. The price tag & all, including the bag it came in with receipt were in perfect condition but she was still refused by the snotty retail assistant who stated "We don't exchange & don't give refunds". It would have been nice to know before purchasing this present & I will now alert others that this is not a nice nor friendly place to shop with shocking customer service.

0/3 A small and packed clothing shop. Has lots of different labels, shelves are somewhat overstocked and it makes shopping here a bit of a chore, not to mention the hilariously snotty customer service. About half of the times I have popped into this shop I have left not buying anything and shaking my head at the attitude from the staff, what gives?
