Best Service - all the staff are friendly and professional. I get my Honda CRV serviced here and they are great! They always fit me in at times that suit me, I don't have to be there at 7am and wait till 5pm to get my car. They always stick to their quote, and if anything pops up during the service, they always call me to discuss it. They've even helped me out with things that have happened out of the blue, like when I needed a new windscreen and once when I had a problem with my wipers all of a sudden when it started raining - they told me to just pop in and they fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend them.

The battery in my 1999 Honda CR-V died and I needed the radio code. Car was purchased used. Austral was the original dealer. Service department was able to provide it promptly and at no charge. :-)
