2/3 Good old post office. I think the old style has gone and the new style has moved in. Meaning there;s a lot of people working at the post office who just don't speak english so well and that makes it harder to get anything done quickly. But hey the Post still delivers on service nonetheless and is speedy. So what's not to like about it.

2/3 In spite of the name, it's not actually in the Queen Victoria Building. Go to the corner of York and Market Sts (as per address) and head underground... this post office has a large, fresh layout and plenty of helpful staff on hand. There are 24/7 DIY kiosks, envelope vending machines, and pickup lockers.
