0/3 We were foolish to get our Locked Bag at Strawberry Hills. These individuals are BEYOND useless - how can you LOSE a parcel once it is receipted at the post office destination????????? And not onnce, but on multiple occasions!!!!! Update: 28/11/2013 - Apparently the staff at Strawberry Hills were upset by my post and statement of opinion and have today conveyed this fact to my business partner. How professional! So the dilemma is, do I delete my opinion, thus indicating that (as a human being) I am not entitled to have one, or do I stand my ground leave this post here with an addendum that passive aggressive bullying is rife…. Please advise.

2/3 On the whole good service, they now also have those after hours parcel collection lockers.. Worth registering for if you can't make it during business hours... :-)
