Awesome quality Ugg boots, I think this place is the only one in Australia that still manufactures the boots in the country. Loved and still love the pairs I have bought. My wife and kids literally dont wear anything else in winter. Thank You Great Job

I bought a pair of boots for winter months to keep my feet warm. I love the quality of sheepskin and the handcraft is outstanding. I recommend this shop to anyone who want to invest money in a good product that lasts for years.

My husband bought me some uggs, they were the wrong size, the shop didn't have the right size and refused to refund, we spoke to the manager by phone and he hung up on us. Not a classy establishment at all. Go elsewhere for your uggs. .

UGG ORIGINAL - I LUV Went here a while back last year and bought a pair just for around the house and was amazed by their durability. I have to admit I don't take very good care of my boots but these served me well last winter and are still good for this coming one. I really have to admit the quality of these boots is beyond amazing that and the sheepskin is soo soft. I have a friend that keeps on stealing my old pair every time she comes to visit from Canberra. Guess what she's getting for her b'day this winter.

After owning my previous boot for just over 20 years, I asked hubby for a new pair for my birthday. And they had to be Australian Made. Easy. I received a pair at the beginning of June but by the 12th June - 12 days - the rubber sole was already starting to fall off. I dont wear the boots outside, there just for around the house. Hubby took them back to the store and showed the owner and received a :yeah what do you want me to do about it response" ! NO offer to fix/ replace - anything ! Look the only reason he took them back is they cost $195 and were falling apart within 12 days. So please be aware this shop has absolutely no refund - replace - or fix guarantee. Once you spend your money and walk out the door inferior boots are not there problem. Just a warning to all buyers to look into when purchasing. Cheers.
