Love the food at Baan Thai. We've been there several times and order take away as well. We order coconut juice - so refreshing and delicious, spring rolls, coconut rice, massuman beef, penang beef and stir fried vegs with chilli and basil. The atmosphere is great and so is the decor. Also, most of the cabinet displays are for sale, my in-laws bought me some tea cups - absolutely gorgeous.

We went to Baan Thai on a Saturday evening and had Green Curry Chicken, Choo Chee Chicken and Stir Fried Seafood with Basil. The food was very good and our service was good, given the fact it was very busy. I was interested to read other reviews before we went and one mentioned that they did not offer complimentary water. This was not the case. We asked for water and were given a carafe of chilled tap water and glasses. We also took a bottle of wine and were given a lovely cooler for the table with ice at the bottom. I recommend this restaurant if you like simple Thai food with very good ingredients.

We have been coming here for years. Great food and service. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. We would recommend all to try Baan Thai for authentic Thai food and pleasant atmosphere.

We've been here a few times and always had a great time. The food is extremely good and we have always found the owner to be very friendly. Will definitely ask for water next time to see if it won't be provided, as was the experience of the other rating patron. Love all the authentic ornaments - most of which are for sale.

Aggressive and mean, the worst service i've had anywhere for a long long time. went to dinner there recently on a friday night with four women friends. We ordered entree's, mains and a bottle of wine and asked for water. We were told that water was not available and we would have to buy it. I questioned the waitress a couple of times as it seemed very strange that we would have to buy water. She scurried back to the counter and then I was confronted with an aggressive older man who stood over me and said ' you have a problem here' i again questioned why we werent able to have tap water and he aggressively said that he wasnt legally obliged to provide it , stood over me angrily and then stomped off. We will never go there again. We were all taken aback and horrified that he could speak to five friendly and professional women in this way. Whatever you do, just never ever go there. Its not worth the feeling of unease.
