Walking into Ballyhoo takes you from Carlton to Paris,the decor is " Tres Chic" and Grant knows exactly how you should look! I asked him to make me look like "Doris Day"!! He did better than that,I got a completely new ME,and having baby fine hair posed "pas de problem" to Grant. : ) After a color, cut and blow-dry and styling,I walked out of Ballyhoo on a high, after seeing my reflection in the ornate mirrors,I felt mod and classy and even younger! Grant is a true WIZ with the brush and scissors he created VOLUME that my baby fine hair agreed with.I felt great and grateful.Miriam H xx

Ballyhoo Hair. Now that's a place I stumbled into by complete convenience! I lived down the road see, and I walked past Ballyhoo Hair all the time. I thought such a beautiful place must be expensive. Eventually however, I bit the bullet. I went in, asked the price for a hair cut and wash, and I was surprised about how affordable it was! I booked an appointment and literally had the best hair cut of my life! Hahaha. For the first time EVER, a Hair salon that listened and didn't assume what I wanted. Step by step there was conversation and understanding! That was about 7 months ago. I've moved to Caringbah since, but I still catch a train all the way to Carlton, because there's no where else that gives the standard of service Ballyhoo Hair gives. Recently I've been getting my hair cut by Naomi, and she's no exception to the rule! Great service and that all important communication is there, even when I'm being ridiculously indecisive. I highly recommend Ballyhoo Hair, too anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and affordable experience.

Ive been seeing Grant at Ballyhoo Hair since it first opened and wouldnt trust any other salon to do my hair! Besides from the personal service being absolutely fantastic, they use high quality hair products and i always leave there feeling amazing. Naomi and Gaby have been my hair stylists on my most recent visits. These girls are awesome! I always get a full head of foils, cut and blow dry and the quality of these girls work and their amazing personalities and service blew me away. I would highly recommend any of the stylists at this salon, and i will be a loyal customer for years to come.
