2/3 In a tough market, they got me the price they promised. They get bonus points from me for using the Jenmark system which means as a vendor, you have no upfront costs unlike the thousands other agents will charge you for marketing before they have even sold your house. Why should you pay more for a real estate agent advertising their face and doing their job. I would happily sell with Barklays again.
