Useless, at times they have acted in ways that are not even legal under Victorian Consumer law! Urgent repairs are not completed in a timely manner when the house isn't livable without these services, they send unreliable tradepeople who don't turn up so things don't get fixed, they don't always give 24 hours notice of inspections when you've still got the lease. I spoke to the local police who agreed that BP had allowed people to trespass on the property by listing inspections and physically opening the door to let them in without letting us know. Imagine my shock to walk into the lounge to be confronted by a stranger in my staring at me and refusing to leave as they wanted to inspect the property! They bend over backwards for their scumbag landlords. Our landlord had us paying their electricity bill due to purposely renumbering the meters to look like our meter related to their property and theirs to ours. We only found out when they were disconnected for non payment as the landlord hadn't paid the account knowing that the circuits would be pulled on our meter due to the false numebring. Refused to meet with us to fix this and Barry Plant did nothing to help us recover the money. They told us that not having electricity in winter wasn't an urgent repair and they had 24 hours to fix it. Absolutely poor property management. This branch needs to be closed down as it tarnishes the Barry Plant name in the market
