Barry Plant Real Estate - Taylors Lakes

Barry Plant is the best real estate agency I have ever dealt with by FAR! I have bought and Sold many times in the past and no other real estate agency has ever come close to matching the excellent service they provide. Other real estate agencies give you empty promises but never deliver.

Barry Plant taylors lakes has been the worst real-estate agency I have ever dealt with. We have been with, Ray white, Bells, Boran Realestate, Westside realestate and even gone private and I have never had any issue with them, always nice and caring always willing to assist when needed, the staff is friendly and great to talk to, you never feel intimidated by them. Barry Plant taylors lakes is a different story. Jenny our property Manager never stuck to her words, we have asked for a couple of things to be fixed and they have never been fixed. We are about to move out into our new house and these things are still not fixed. When she came over for one of her routine checks she asked if there was any issues, I advised her of the front door handle to be fixed because it was loose, and her response to that was “all you need is to get a screwdriver to tighten the screws, so I tried turned out to be easy said then done. I have a couple of friends who rent through them surprisingly enough they have the same issue with Barry Plant Taylors lakes, its not only the tenants who feel the same, people who own properties have same issues, most of the one's I have spoken to are choosing to take their business else where simply due to their experiences with them. This is a poor experience from such a big company, who strives on their people satisfaction and their red carpet experience. I will never recommend them to anyone.
