The conditions that these animals are kept under is appalling. - The dogs are kept in extremely tiny enclosures with very poor ventilation. They are kept in these all day, under terrible conditions. Yesterday I saw some puppies that were getting way too big to be kept there. There were six or seven in the enclosure and they were barking and growling. They have also been taken from puppy farms, and you'd be much better off purchasing a dog from a breeder. - Same for the cats, except they were sleeping. - The rodents are kept in overstocked and small enclosures with also poor ventilation. There were about four male rats in one enclosure. - The birds were also overstocked in extremely small cages. - The fish were extremely overstocked. This is unbelievable. There were probably about 50+ comets swimming in probably a 10-15 gallon tanks. Comets actually grow to a foot long when cared for probably and should be kept in ponds. The Siamese Fighting Fish were kept in tiny tanks without heaters and/or filters. The tanks were actually about 4 inches long, wide and deep. Siamese fighters deserve at least a 2.5 gallon aquarium WITH a heater AND filter. Though the staff are friendly and helpful, the conditions that these animals are kept under are appalling.
