I purchased my 2013 FORD FOCUS from Bayford Ford Coburg on Sydney road - And I couldnt ask for a much better experience. The sales consultant Emad handled everything like a pro! The process was not only quick, but everything went smooth! What more could you possibly ask for. He answered all of my questions, Not only did I love the extras he was able to chuck in, but the customer experience was just a 110% ! I highly recommend this place to everybody!

Cannot begin to express how happy I was with the service at bayford coburg. I was met by Gerard from new cars who despite realising I was in the market for a used car was still more than happy to hear what I was looking for and perform handover to ivan in used cars. Ivan took me through the process of trade ins and purchasing a used car, he even made me a coffee. Unfortunately I didnt end up buying a car from there but I will be keeping them in mind in the future.

In Sep 2013, i went to Bayford to purchase a new car. Fred was my sales person. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile.
