Bayleaves Florist of Brighton

My Hubby bought me Lilliums from this store in Nov 2012,i still had them until Jan2013.wonderfully fresh. service is always friendly

I received roses from this florist on Valentines day 2012. When delivered all roses were withered and looked dull and dry along with the leaves which were browning, also dried out and appeared dirty/dusty. This arrangement were delivered in a filled vase and changed into fresh water immediately after receiving so this poor quality cannot be from lack of water. The roses when received look old and dying and I was very unhappy with them. When I called Bayleaves Florist about my roses their staff were very unhelpful, rude and not sympathetic at all. They claimed no responsibility for my poor quality roses and refused to refund or attend to my complaint in any way. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this florist and not waste their money!
