We were on our way back to Melbourne after spending over two lovely weeks holidaying in Tassie and were in need of a place to stay overnight with four children (4-12 yrs old). After reading some of the negative reviews online I must admit I was a little nervous ringing to enquire. Should I have overlooked them and found something else? I need not have worried. They were most pleasant to deal with and courteous. When we arrived, it was during their lunch break and they were closed. Good idea! They need a lunch break as much as we do! So we toddled off, had some lunch and explored the lovely little township of Beauty Point. What's an hour here or there when you're on holidays...and holidays in Tasmania?! When we checked in the service was typically Tasmanian: friendly, warm and personal. My wife and I were puzzled the park is only three and a half stars. Probably because they don't have pools and bouncing mats, etc. for the kids. But hey, our kids were more interested in catching crabs and swimming in the river. These were extras you can't order or install or even put into stars on brochures! Those three and a half start should be golden. The place was clean, neat, and obviously well looked after. This possie was certainly a small little gem perfect for a few days of doing...well...nothing! That's what I love about holidays!:)

Absolutely the most friendliest park management I've encountered yet. It was a nice touch to be shown directly to your spot in the park rather than the usual 'follow the map' method! This may not be a big flashy park as far as facilities go, but that which is provided is very well maintained. We will definitely stay again!

I phoned them and they didn't even answer the phone like a business and they were very rude with the enquiries i was making answering questions with questions in a very rude tone so don't even bother going there! if this is the way they treat people on the phone i would hate to stay there!

This caravan park is the best kept secret in Tasmania. My husband and I have stayed in this park on our past two visits to Tassie and we always make this our first and last port of call on the island. This time we camped for a week on one of their sites that looks out at the water and apart from some rain one day, it was great. The ammenities are the cleanest we have seen and all the hedges through the park give good privacy and make for a relaxed stay. Friendly managers.

We stayed at this park for two weeks and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The facilities were the cleanest that we encountered in Tasmania by far and this is a must visit place. Dont forget to have a meal at the Riviera Hotel around the corner, they are fantastic.
