John Smith, don't know where you're going because my experience was totally different. Dennis, Will, and Adrian are professional and have excellent customer service. Whenever i have troubles with my car, the Berala Car Care team are always happy to help and are always professional, friendly, and nowhere near rip me off, in fact they are very affordable. Thank you Dennis and the team, always a pleasure.

Decided to have 2 park lights changed as well as 2 fog light globes. The first time around I was told by Dennis was that its not possible to change the fog as it comes as a whole unit and I would need to speak to the dealship spare parts to acquire a whole unit. To my surprise the dealership advised me its as simple as changing a globe. Due to my ignorance I went back to Berala care care to advise them of this and again Dennis advised me that he will change it. This was slightly concerning that he is now able to do it. After a few hours I went to pick up by car and received a bill for the following - * 2 fog lamp globes = $22 (which i guess is fair enough) * 2 front Park globes = $11 (are you kidding me - at repco for $3.95) * 1 driver side brake globe = $11( not only is it a rip off - I didnt ask for it to be changed) * The best part (detect the sarcasim) $49.50 for labour. When I asked about why it cost so much i was advised and I quote "We had to lift your car in the air" I thought thats what the hoist was there for... Little to be said about service as it has generally been good but the dissapointment is that quite a few of my friends take our cars to these people and yet they feel the need to rip us off. Berala Care care wont be where I will be going for any car related issues... Im sorry Dennis, but I expected much more and unfortunately you/your team did not deliver.
