The restaurant is great on the whole but last time I was here, our table experienced some really dodgy service. I understand that the place was packed and the waiting staff was busy and quickly pacing around but that's no excuse to leave us unattended for so long. Food was delicious though and I will give it another chance but maybe I'll go in a different hour.

Bay views beautiful food excellent service and love for food and attention to detail, prices are reasonable. Shame there arent more places like this around in the docklands it would liven up the area a lot!

The first time I went here it was extremely expensive and I didn't really enjoy the experience enough to warrant the price. Every time after that the price was lowered to reasonable and I've continued to go back. The service was always good and the atmosphere was always lovely. When it's cold you have fires inside (haven't figured out if they are real or just fancy light heaters as I'm not game to put my hand over it!) and in the summer you can sit outside on the deck overlooking the Docklands Marina. It can get loud in there on occasions if there is a big party but with all the tiered levels you don't feel like you're in somebody else's space. The food is always delicious, as I'm prone to chose the pork belly almost every time going there. While it can get busy on the weekends, they are usually pretty good at fitting you in if you don't have a booking. However, if you are planning on taking the trip into the Docklands, I recommend booking just in case.

Nice place after taking someone on a shopping date at waterfront.

Poor food. only eaten there once will not be going back again. desert was redeeming
