BEST WESTERN Airport Hacienda Motel

Too expensive! room too old and service was terrible.

Place is ok but Internet cost extra and is slow and drop outs

Found this place advertised on a billboard near Warwick Endorsed by RACQ. Stayed in the room that was used for a film set... apparently. Room stank and when pulling sheets back found pubic hairs in bed. Duty manager got us some new sheets. Told manager next day... so what! Threw $10 at us and told us to be satisfied ... Will find somewhere else next time - told RACQ - not impressed Jan

I found this motel to be very relaxing with easy access to shops, transportation and restaurants. Not only did I find the location excellent but the rooms were tasteful and clean with very helpful staff who I found to be of great assistance. I have now stayed with the Airport Hacienda Motel numerous times and will most certainly return upon my next visit with great pleasure.

This is the worst place to stay. NOT FOR FAMILIES. It smells bad, cannot get a good night sleep ( and I am a heavy sleeper) because of the traffic. No Carpark space available. Beds are old and uncomfortable as are the sheets. Building is old. Dont even do an overnioghter. Seedy old locals staying up all night smoking in fire escapes. Security issues with leaving fire escape doors open. I could go on!!! But you get the idea.
