Bizarre Hair Boutique

I used to go to this place regularly and was quite happy with it. However, now that they have opened another store in the mall (located near the banks) the good hairdressers have left Bizarre Hair. I asked for them to match my roots (which are blonde) and they left me with an apprentice even though I had been consulting with one of the hairdressers the day before. They made a mistake and my hair turned out blue-grey. The proper hair dresser then attempted to fix it and gave me a top deck of blue-grey hair. When I told her I wasn't satisfied she said I still had to pay $250 (so they were charging me for their mistake). We argued to the point where I was in tears. They sent me down to the other shop where they basically stripped the colour. So they refused to let me leave until I paid, my hair was damaged because it had been screwed with three times in one morning, I also had to pay parking because I had been there longer than 3 hours. When I told them how unhappy I was they just said "it's not that bad". When I asked if they would be ahppy to walk out with hair like this they couldn't give me an answer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! I would hate anyone else to go through the same experience.

I dont know who your hairdresser was but Annette is there now and Ive followed her for years. She is the best colourist and cutter Ive ever had and I know of a few other ladies who have followed her from when she used to work at Sibu. (BTW - why do all the blonde Sibu clients have the same color hair? What is that??)

This salon is not in anyway related to the award winning BIZARRE OF CANBERRA in MANUKA! Don't be fooled!

I asked for a cool toned medium brown semi and the hairdresser dyed my hair almost blue black. She refused to rectify what she had done or admit that she had done anything wrong.
