Our computer was leaning towards the ancient side of life thus we were having multiple problems with it. We received a flyer in our letterbox and decided to get help! Russel came out to our house (as we are a one car family) he gave us some clear and simple options on what we could do. Within 24 hours our computer was returned home and we have been very pleased with the results, we now have a more faster and personal user friendly computer. Finding someone like Russel who we found to be honest, direct and relible certainly made an impression on us. We have been recommending Russel to our friends and work mates. Thanks Russel.

To whom it may concern. We were struggling to connect properly to broadband, we could get it so far then it would stop,and not set up properly. We received a flyer from Russel in out letterbox, and decided we needed some help! Very timely that flyer! Russel arrived and discovered we had interference from the answering machine which he corrected, if we had had to call Telstra and the internet provider I could not forsee we would have had a good outcome on the same day, and there would have been a lot of backwards and forwards, and frustration to boot. We then decided to upgrade our computer as it did not have much free space on it. Russel has delivered a new tower, windows 7, and copied all the old files over to our new harddrive. We are very impressed with his honest service and his explanations to our numerous queries. We would highly recommend Russel to anyone struggling with a computer issue, it is easier to get someone who knows what they are doing and have it fixed in an hour than to try and struggle doing it yourself, to no avail.
