Display Centre was dated, no labels on bricks and no really selection to choose from. One staff member, not really interested in providing any real help. Gave me list of properties that were built of the brick we were interested and after wasting half a day driving to the address found it was a nice new rendered house, not even a face brick. Rang a rep to get trade prices it took 3 requests to get a price on each occasion kept complaining how busy he was and didnt want to give trade prices if I wasnt a builder even though was ordering bricks for medium density build. Very bad service. Website is great.
