Bromelton Quarry

Went in person and got a quote. When we arranged for delivery and payment, shortly after got a call back to say that the order was wrong and "impossible" to deliver, despite being told otherwise. Then got told that we'd only get 7x 300-500mm rocks in a 6.5 tonne load. Went back up to the quarry in person to confirm the right size rocks as order was completely stuffed up by a different sales rep (who we didn't deal with in the first place). Got told that we were also quoted the wrong prices etc. Not our mistake, yet they didn't want to admit any fault and was incredibly rude. Then cancelled our order and told us they couldn't fulfill the sale because of our "bad attitude" yet upon entering the office at the quarry, was greeted with, "yeah can I help you" with some attitude of its own. Two hours worth of driving to our loss and four days wasted. Sales rep told us that they weren't worried about complaints our intention was to spend $870 with this ... When the sales rep was told that if the wrong rocks were delivered that they could come back to collect them, replied "whatever". Take our advice and deal with another company!!
