2/3 The Malamay restaurant in the hotel is worth at least one try. Very carefully crafted Chinese fare served with the utmost presentation. The seven course degustation has a spectrum of exotic tastes and dishes. The spatchcock was my favourite. The soba noodles with fried enoki is a close second. The associated wine match is good quality fruity white wines, which may not appeal to everyone. The service is excellent.
