Be vary wary! We had a blackout for 11 hours when we stayed which can't be helped and we left the premises and didn't turn off the air con at the power point, our mistake. So when the power came back on, the air con would have been running. However the owner took it upon himself to deduct $50 from the bond for 'breaching the terms and conditions for not turning off the air conditioning and lights, saying it was all running for four days before a cleaner came and inspected the property and that he'd be asking his power company to check the costs. I phoned Haipeng and the call ended with "I don;t have time... go to the tribunal and then I'll get my lawyer to sue you" and he hung up. We have no idea it would be four days until a cleaner arrived and Haipeng also provided no proof from the power company as to the charges. By the way, the 5 star review you see on Google+ from Haipeng Wang is fake as he's the person who we've been dealing with.
