Capital Removal

Would not recommend this removalist based on my experience. Sent ill-equipped staff to move - no harnesses, trolleys, muscles, or even safety boots. Once of the movers quit part way through and was only replaced several hours later. Very slow to move two suburbs away and turned out to be very expensive. I had to take 3 hours off work just to make sure they finished the job and did a lot of the heavy lifting myself. When we complained to the boss about the service he said it was our fault for not telling him about the locations - I would have thought it would be part of their job to inspect the houses first to figure out how many people and what equipment would be required! The truck that was used couldn't make it up the driveway (a Toyota Prius can) which meant it took a lot longer to move as everything had to be walked to the house. On the plus side they didn't break anything and only a couple of minor scratches on a couple of pieces of furniture which I suppose I I should be thankful for given how they rest of the move went.
