I bought my car there it was lovely never ever ever had a probem lovley service I say it is great I loved just test drive before you buy to find the best car you can

I bought a car over the weekend and am very happy with the service (and price!) Car City is a whole bunch of car dealers (40 or so?) - so perhaps the negative reviews might be about a particular dealer. It's worth the trek, much easier than traipsing all over Parramatta Road because there is a lot of variety in one place. I think it's cheaper out west too. I say give it a go!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I bought one a few years ago, it turns out it was written off and is now worthless. Had nothing but troubles with it. Again, do NOT go anywhere near here for a car.

My step son bought his first car at the USED CAR GALLERY in car city Ringwood, one of the things needed for a RWC was a left ball joint. We picked the car up after the work was complete and drove it out the front and up to 60KMH when the fron left side of the car collapsed causing it to go full left lock towards a bus stop with people in it, luckily it hit a tree and was written off, called the dealer and he didn't give a stuff! wouldn't even come out the front gate to see if we were ok. BEWARE !!!!!!!

DONT GO ANYWHERE NEARS THESE GUYS, unless you want months of problems and issues, non existent warranties and a couldnt care less attitude.
