Careful Movers

Just moved with them over the weekend from Chatswood to Ultimo. Terrific Service. They arrived a few minutes early. Were extremely professional and very fast. Yang and Logan were my removalists. The move involved an apartment without lifts in Chatswood to a Kennards Storage Unit in Ultimo then to my new apartment in Ultimo. All went without a hitch. I had about a Studio/1BR apartment's worth of stuff to be moved. The guys were friendly and took great care with the move. Yang in particular was outstanding. Super focused on the job and experienced in knowing how to move things efficiently and without any damage. In the end, they finished everything in 2 hours. Also by far the cheapest quote for a move I got, and no gimmicky charges at all - just the hourly rate as advertised. The owner/manager Tony was really easy to work with for the booking. I called and he picked up immediately. When I called again to confirm the booking two days before the move, it rang out but he called me back within 5 minutes. All in all a terrific service, and one that I would recommend very highly.

They called and ask if they can come an hour early of our booked schedule, which worked well with us. It seems they are very conscious of the time, once they arrived at our place they immediately got job going. The two nice guys were very careful with our stuffs and the move actually finish earlier than I expected. Thanks guys!

We only had a short distance to move - but we had a lot of stuff! We used Careful Movers to take our 2 bedroom apartment just one suburb in September 2013. The guys showed up on time, had a good clean truck, moved everything carefully and quickly, and got everything in to our new home in the same way it went out. They didn't need a lot of instruction and just handled it all really well as a team - we just stood back and let them have at it! The pricing system was clear and simple and worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend Careful Movers to friends in the future.

We had a great experience using Careful Movers in August 2013. I found the choice of moving companies a bit overwhelming with pricing ranging considerably. So it was with a bit of nervousness I chose Careful Movers, however, they didn't let us down. They were bang on time, handled everything with care, and moved with a good speed. Friends of ours paid more than twice as much with another company and I don't think we got anything that they didn't. We had prepared everything well for the guys and also got the third guy in the truck so it was a relatively easy move but I can't fault the service we got. Tony from Careful Movers made it sound so simple on the phone and it was in reality.

Fantastic! We used Careful Movers for a move from Canberra to Brisbane. They arrived when they said they would, were friendly but also professional and got on with the job. They then arrived in Brisbane 4 hours earlier than they expected and unloaded quickly and carefully. They turned what could have been a quite stressful interstate move into one that was easy, quick and actually enjoyable. Many thanks to Tony and his mate and we have already recommended Careful Movers to a friend. We have used larger removal companies before and always it has been expensive, hidden charges and/or problems. The folk doing the moving are just employees (often casual!) and its just a job.
