Carline Enoggera

I am very pleased with the service this company provided us on a recent visit for routine servicing, we have used the dealer for many years and this is the first time i have used an independent mechanic for service work, i found the staff at carline enoggera to be very courteous, honest and helpful, i would recommend them to anyone wanting an alternative to a dealearship, all repairs were carried out with no fuss and at a speedy pace, we were called and given the option to repair the things not covered by the logbook service and there was no pressure at all, i am not used to this kind of service, thanks again carline enoggera.

Went here to have my 18 years old magna serviced this week due to the 4 star review here, and had a very bad experience. First, after the regular service, they quoted me repair cost in excess of 2.2k, which is more than the value of the car itself. My car although old, it has been well looked after and serviced regularly. It also drives like silk and there is no abnormal noise. Upon received the quote I was shocked and went for another mechanic the next day, and he confirmed my suspicion that most of the repairs they quoted are unnecessary. Furthermore, they even attempted to bill me a price more than what they quote on the phone giving lame excuses. I also hated the fact they put a carline sticker on my screen without my permission. 1 star for their only plus side: a free air freshner. They definitely don't deserve any stars at all.

Generally i dont review businesses in fact this is my first review, but these staff at carline enoggera deserve a rap they went above and beyond what they had to do. after my car broke down and was towed to them they identified that the timing belt had snapped causing massive damage to the engine of my astra, i dealt with ... andrew and matthew, they drove me home and phoned me every day to let me know of the progress, upon receiving my car back (they picked me up) i was suprised to find that they had even serviced my car FREE as a gesture of goodwill, but to top it off a friend said to check on the cost of the job with other mechanics, when i called some other workshops for a quote on the same work carline had done on average carline were $300 cheaper, so as i said earlier my experience with andrew and matthew was to say the least very pleasent, i have no hesitation in recommending this work shop.

The customer service was nice and good! We've got a rusted muffler dropped and dragged on the road and we urgently need to repair for a new one. They have our car checked right away and quoted with detail explanation, and we can get our car back in just a few hrs. Recommended!

I went to carline enoggera today for my car to be serviced, my decision was based solely on the reviews i read about carline on google and start local, and i must say i was really impressed by this company. the staff are friendly, the workshop is incredibly clean more like a shopping centre then a mechanic, and the price was very good, i knew my car needed somthing fixed as it was making a noise, jake called me and explained what was wrong and how they could fix it, he did not even push for the job, i have not struck this before. either the mechanics try to push me for the repair or they just do it and expect payment, i am so impressed with carline enoggera, i will be back again and again, thanks guys.
