Firstly. they installed our unit on the wrong wall, even though we sent numerous email asking them not to install it unless we were there. They finally admitted, that the emails etc got lost in the system. After months of arguing with them they finally returned and installed it on the right wall (requiring re plastering and painting the messed up wall), only to create a loud rattle. Instead of replacing the unit as Mitsubishi itself instructs all professional installers, they slapped up the same unit. This created a loud rattle. Carseldine Air Conditioning then sent out three separate 'technicians' to fix the rattle, one who simply advised us to "just to not run in in silent mode". They now refuse to even acknowledge there is even a rattle with the unit, and despite being only 2 years into a 5 year warranty, and refuse to even talk to us. "There's nothing more we can do" even though they caused the problem and voided our warranty with Mitsubishi. The owners are arrogant and aggressive. Do NOT deal with these guys, they do not know how to correctly install units, care about their customers or honour their warranties. This is all true. If you want a professional service, be warned that Carseldine Air Conditioning are terrible!
