Service is poor. They make you wait for as long as they want. I had my car in for service. I had major problems with Smokey head gasket. Several days had past and they kept saying that they could not find a replacement. After 5 days I had enough. I called around and found a head gasket available immediately. New. I asked my mechanic why it was taking so long. They said because they could not find a head gasket for replacement. I did mention to them that I did, and mentioned that it was new and ready for pick up. They said that they had found new ones but they thought it was too expensive for me. I was very upset that they assumed what my decision would have been. I live based on having my car available. Having it fixed is very important. I was so upset that I asked for the car to be returned, and got it moved to another mechanic place. Same day, the head gasket was replaced and I had my car on the following day. They even have an "NRMA Authorised" Flag displayed on the window, however when I went to complain about their service, I was told that they are NOT an "NRMA Authorised Dealer". I will NEVER do business with this company. They are unreliable, untrustworthy and using the NRMA flag to bring more customers, when they are not authorised.
