0/3 I had the worst easter break at this hotel. The service from the caretaker at the reception that I received was very poor. She was so rude to us. Our room was nothing like the website. The location was great. But I will never stay nor recommend this to anyone. So if you go complain about something expect the worst reception you could imagine. She needs a lesson in hotel management as well as mannerism and how to treat paying guests. Thank you for wrecking my break.

0/3 Stayed there enjoyed the location but was appalled by the male reception staff! Rude and aggressive sums up the over zealous security/receptionist! Best to stay clear if you want to avoid being abused for parking in the wrong spot...
